Welcome to the Stony Brook Middle School, a vibrant learning community located on Farmer Way, serving students in grades 6 through 8. While the Stony Brook name has a long history in Westford, our current state-of-the-art facility opened its doors in 2003 to meet the growing needs of our community and provide a modern environment tailored to middle-level education.

As one of Westford’s two middle schools, Stony Brook provides a rigorous and inclusive environment where students are encouraged to transition from the foundational skills of elementary school to the independent thinking required at Westford Academy.
