• Attention those interested in Computer Club.  Computer Club will be held in two locations after school today.  New members are always welcome, and you do not need to commit to coming every Tuesday.  Please go to either the library or Mrs. Rowe's room, A221, right after the dismissal bell today. Both locations will take attendance and be able to allow sites for those in our Google Classroom.

 

• Attention all IMLEM Math Team members:  Our first competition, Meet #1, is next week, so please be ready to take the qualifying test to help determine the teams and categories after school on Thursday in Mrs. Rowe's room, A221.  For the qualifying test, you will be dismissed in time for the late bus.

 

• Speech and Debate will be meeting today in room A108 right after school. 

 

• Woodworking club will be starting this Thursday afterschool. 

 

• Fitness Club meets today after-school today in the gym with Ms. Oehley. We will be playing Frisbee, Gaga Ball & 4-Square.

 

• Crochet club will meet tomorrow after school is Mrs. Masterson’s room A122. 

 

• Pride Club meets today - and also every Tuesday in B105 after school. All are always welcome.

 

• If something is being dropped off for you, please be sure to check the shelves in the outer lobby. Anything dropped off will be left there. Each grade has a shelf–grade 8 is the top shelf, grade 7 is the 2nd shelf, and grade 6 is the 3rd shelf. 

Today is World Teachers’ Day, which celebrates and honors the vital role of teachers in shaping education and inspiring future generations worldwide.

Today is Custodian Appreciation Day!

Please be sure to thank Mr. Stearns, Mr. Palmer, Mr. Robinson, and Mr. Freitas when you see them today and everyday for all that they do for us and our school every day!

Yoga Club begins today. We will meet in the 2nd floor Common Room. It will meet every other Thursday.

There is still time to join the IMLEM math team. Please join us today in room A221. If you are unable to attend this week but still want to participate, reach out to Mrs. Rowe.

This evening we hold our Back to School Night for parents and guardians. Please be sure to give your adults the schedule you created so they know where to go.

October is National Bullying Prevention Month with an effort to raise awareness and promote kindness to stop bullying and create safe, supportive communities for all.

Are you interested in playing outdoor games (like Gaga Ball, Kickball, tag, relay races and staying physically fit?  Come join Fitness Club with Ms. Oehley.  Open to all grades and you do not have to come every week.  Sign up with Ms. Oehley. We will meet in the gym.

Calling all mathletes! If you like challenging math problems and collaborating with like minded peers, then there is still time to join the IMLEM math team. Please join us tomorrow in room A221. If you are unable to attend this week but still want to participate, reach out to Mrs. Rowe. 

 

Art club will meet today after school in the art room B202.

 

Attention Student Leadership Council, we will meet this afternoon in LG8--new members welcome!
